Friedberg, October 2, 2024: From October 3-6 Pegasus Spiele will attend SPIEL Essen 2024. At booth P113 in hall 3, visitors can look forward to SPIEL fun with new board game releases, special offers, a Creators’ Corner and much more.
Whether you attend SPIEL with your family, with friends, or you consider yourself an experienced gamer, all are welcome at the Pegasus Spiele booth P113. Visitors are invited to try our latest releases, as well as classics from our catalog, at more than 50 demo tables. The SPIEL debut releases of Bomb Busters, plus Intarsia and the Witness series from publishing partner Deep Print Games, will be available to both demo and purchase.
The tense and cooperative deduction game Bomb Busters tasks players to work together to defuse increasingly dangerous bombs, across 66 unique missions. Intarsia challenges artisans that specialize in this exquisite craft of inlay to puzzle together beautiful wooden filigree components as they compete to design a new floor for the Café de Paris. In the newest edition of Witness, players join together as members of the secret “Witness Agency” to cooperatively solve cases by sharing personal clues through whispering, then cleverly combining clues as new evidence is learned each round.
In addition, players will have an opportunity to explore another peaceful countryside in the next release of the Dorfromantik product line, Dorfromantik – Sakura. Set in the beautiful land of Japan, this entirely new campaign offers fresh challenges to discover with 6 secret boxes and more than 40 achievements to unlock. It returns to its roots as a cooperative tile laying game, after the competitive Dorfromantik – The Duel. The English version of Dorfromantik – Sakura is expected to be available in November.
For anyone excited to meet the creative minds behind these games in person, we are hosting a Creators’ Corner at the Pegasus Spiele booth. On all four days, visitors can meet designers, explore their new games with them, ask questions, and get their games signed. At the sales counter, visitors will find both new releases and classic games from our catalog sold at special fair prices.
